14-Day Women’s Wilderness & Wellness Empowerment Safari
An adventurous and inspiring journey specially designed for women seeking challenges, connection, self-reflection, and relaxation. During these 14 days, we will explore stunning nature parks, experience local culture, and participate in exciting activities.
The program starts in Nairobi the day after arrival. Arrival in Nairobi with a morning or evening flight. Transfer to your hotel for check in. Depended from the arrival time, either day at leisure( you can visit Elephant orphanage, Giraffe center etc) or dinner and overnight in Nairobi budgethotel.
Day 1: Nairobi – Ngong – Naivasha
As the morning unfolds, our first activity awaits, we depart from Nairobi towards Ngong, arriving at Sironka Valley Resort. Here, we will take on challenges such as sky biking, ziplining, or hiking. After a delicious lunch, we continue our journey to Naivasha, where we will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Exploration of Hell’s Gate National Park
Following a leisurely breakfast, we set out for a full day in Hell’s Gate National Park. We will explore the impressive gorge, go on a cycling or walking safari, and admire wildlife such as giraffes and zebras up close. In the evening, we will enjoy dinner and stay overnight in Naivasha

Day 3: Journey to the Masai Mara & Afternoon Game Drive
With full stomachs and eager hearts, we start our journey to towards the Masai Mara, arriving around lunchtime. In the afternoon, we embark on our first game drive, experiencing the breathtaking nature and wildlife of this world-renowned reserve. Dinner at the camp, bonfire gathering with an activity, thereafter overnight at the camp.

Day 4: Cultural Experience with the Maasai
Once we’ve recharged with breakfast, it’s time for to learn more about Maasai culture. We visit a traditional Maasai village, where we learn about their way of life, participate in beadwork, and experience traditional dances. We also get a taste and join Maasai cooking over an open fire. Lunch, dinner, and an overnight stay will take place in the village or a nearby camp.

Day 5: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, we leave the Masai Mara, enjoying a game drive along the way. Around lunchtime, we arrive in Nakuru. In the afternoon, we explore Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its large population of white rhinos and diverse bird species. Dinner and overnight. ( activity spotting birds! )

Day 6: Nyahururu & Sagana – Adrenaline and Nature
Energized from breakfast, we head into the day towards the impressive Nyahururu waterfalls for a short stop and lunch. We then continue our journey to Sagana, arriving in the afternoon. Here, we will take part in thrilling activities such as white-water rafting or kayaking. Dinner and overnight stay in Sagana
Day 7: Sagana
After a nourishing start with a good breakfast we will have a full day with team building and empowerment activities. These activities are paired with guided reflections and facilitated discussions that turn adventure into insight.
Sagana, nestled at the foothills of Mount Kenya, is Kenya’s premier destination for high-energy outdoor team-building experiences. Known for its lush landscapes and the powerful Tana River, this region offers the perfect backdrop for groups seeking to grow stronger, build trust, and discover the power of unity through adventure.
The area’s rivers, forests, and cliffs create an ideal natural playground for both fun and deep personal development.

Day 8: Mount Kenya – Nature and Culture
We leave Sagana after breakfast and drive towards Mount Kenya, arriving around lunchtime. In the afternoon, we go for a beautiful nature walk with views of the mountain.

Day 9: Mount Kenya
Another day at this beautiful place Mount Kenya where we spend the day with some empowerment activities.
When your mind feels overwhelmed or restless, structured practices like walking a labyrinth can offer a powerful way to process and release inner tension. The repetitive, intentional movement helps to quiet racing thoughts and shift your focus inward. Combined with gentle breathing, somatic awareness, or reflective exercises, it creates space to recognize what’s weighing on you — and to consciously let it go. This process supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and a deeper connection to your inner calm.

Day 10- 14 : From Mount Kenya to Mombasa – Beach Relaxation
Refreshed and ready, we head to the train station to catch the 2:00 PM train to Mombasa. In the evening, we arrive at a stunning beach resort, where we will conclude our journey with a 4 days beach relaxation stay with wellness treatments.
Day 14th leave Mombasa by plane back to Nairobi and return home.
