Tsavo East Features
The slightly larger Tsavo East is generally flat, with dry plains across which the Galana River flows. Other features include the Yatta Plateau and Lugard Falls.
One of the most impressive venues we have is in Tsavo East Kenya. The view is simply stunning. Overlooking the savannah watching the elephants, buffaloes, zebra’s and warthdogs you have a background which is incredible unique. We drive all the way from Mombasa very early in the morning to arrive before lunch. Everything will be ready within moments to have the ceremony at the location you prefer. Most couples choose the venue at top of the pool sight. After the ceremony lunch will be served at a private corner of the restaurant or if possible outside. You have a gamedrive enroute to the lodge and when you return to Mombasa. However the best option is a night over to enjoy the amazing view and relax in one of the lounges of the lodge. Or what about a swim while watching the elephants having their drink at the water hole? You can book a one or two days ceremony – safari with us.

The Lodge: Strategically situated Safari Lodge, in one of the World’s Largest Game Park – the Tsavo National Park – Voi Safari Lodge stands high above the town of Voi overlooking a vast expanse of the African Bush. It is 160km from Mombasa City.
You can simply watch the herds of wild animals roam beneath you or you can get closer by a network of access roads reaching into many corners of this 11,666 square kilometres Park. From the Lodge, you can look out onto the three water holes and see the ever-changing Panorama of Africa unfold right before your eyes and at the same time enjoy the luxury of waiters’ service. There is a special ‘HIDE’ for the camera enthusiasts affording close-up and candid pictures of the wild animals which do not suspect any human presence. This is an ideal spot from which to go out in search of the ‘BIG FIVE’ – Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard and Rhino. From Voi you have speedy and easy access to either the Tsavo East or Tsavo West portions of this National Park. Voi is also an ideal for exploring Taita Hills, including the fertile farmland secluded high in Taita hills surrounding Wundanyi, reached by excellent mountain road which affords splendid views as far as the Coast.
