Kahawa house

Location: Conveniently located only four kms. from Arusha Airport. This homely lodge is the ideal base either on the way to the parks, after a safari or even as a stopover on the way back home.

Rooms: There are 28 rooms distributed in four two storey buldings. The rooms have a balcony and private bathroom. There are rooms for 1 & 2 guests and interconnection rooms for 3, 4 or 5 guests.

Restaurant: The hotel has a restaurant where you have your meals. Food is great here! 

Facilities: There is a pool and a massage cabin. 

Activities: If you stay here you have easily acces to Arusha where there is a lot to see and to do. To mention a few:  

Cultural Heritage Centre is the place to go if you’re looking for souvenirs or gifts for friends and family. Although the prices are a bit higher than in other places, it’s much easier to buy things here, as it’s a more relaxed atmosphere than in most other similar establishments. 

Tanzanite experience is a shop where they sell the Tanzanite   what makes them special is that they’ve also set up a small museum where customers can find out more about the origins of this wonderful stone.

Masai Women Trade Centre started a project to support craft makers in Tanzania. They sell high quality products and a large portion of the profits go towards education.
