The
following documents are required:
* Copy of both passports which is still valid for at least another 6
months
* Birth certificates
*Affidavit
confirming your single status
* Widow
(ers) require previous husband's/ wife's death certificate
*
Divorcees require certified divorce papers
* If
you have your name changed by Deed poll or you were adopted,
proof of this needs to be presented having
been authenticated by a notary or solicitor
* We can legalize your marriage in Kenya at the Ministry for foreign
affairs and the Embassy / Consulat in Kenya
This is included in the package. You can then legalize the wedding in your home
country for registration.
